Didsbury Court Residential Care Home is a large detached Victorian house standing in its own private grounds. It offers retired ladies and gentlemen luxurious accommodation and provides 24 hour quality care by appropriately qualified staff, with the emphasis being on quality of life and independence.

The popular pedestrian shopping precinct at St. Marychurch, Post Office, Banks, Medical Centre, Optician and the beautiful local Churches are all close by, making Didsbury Court the ideal situation for the elderly.

The Home's ambient surroundings are centrally heated throughout and afford both lounge and conservatory.

Bedrooms are elegant and spacious with 'en suite' facilities. The decor is fully co- ordinated to achieve an exceptional level of warmth and quality. All residents are encouraged to bring their own possessions to make their room more personal.

Even well behaved pets' are welcome.

The aim of the proprietors along with their caring staff, is to provide a comfortable, homely atmosphere in pleasant relaxed surroundings, with visitors welcome at all times.

Funding by either Private/Social Services or other means welcome - please do not hesitate to enquire for current rates.

Whenever possible residents are encouraged to follow interests outside the Home, although activities such as cards, board games, bingo, jigsaws and sing-alongs are all part of creating a happy atmosphere. 'Home from Home' means just that at Didsbury.

Didsbury Court - Our Aims & Objectives
Didsbury Court provides a safe and comfortable home from home for the active elderly on a long term and permanent basis. We also cater for short term stays for holiday, rehabilitation and respite care.

All the necessary care and attention is provided by the proprietor/manager Ann Watson who holds a diploma in Advanced Care Management and her caring staff.

We know that the needs of Residents are paramount and their rights of privacy, respect and independence is part of our philosophy of care.
